An unexpectedly hard shot by Iker Dolfos in the 12th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Benicio Arias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riesgo Cero's Benicio Arias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Riesgo Cero from getting a goal against them. Benicio Arias came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by C. A. Atlanta's Cleto Ferran. But to his dismay, Cleto Ferran quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Benicio Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Eli, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Benicio Arias dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Mauro Eliu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arnoldo Kismi having to interfere. Arnoldo Kismi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Rolado's shot from short distance in the 48th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cleto Ferran made a kick off. In the 51st minute of the match Marcos Charro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Kismi skillfully saved the ball. After 54 minutes, Rodolfo Etxepare mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C. A. Atlanta and the Riesgo Cero players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rodolfo Etxepare hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. In the 56th minute of the match Dante Roderigo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arnoldo Kismi skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Riesgo Cero getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Dante Roderigo hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Cleto Ferran managed to get in a good position for a shot. C. A. Atlanta's supporters rose to their feet, but Cleto Ferran was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benicio Arias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Prudencio Rolado's late challenge caught a C. A. Atlanta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Rolado helped the player get up and apologised. Prudencio Rolado hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Benicio Arias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleto Ferran, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. After a rather tough play, C. A. Atlanta's Nicasio Primeiro got a free kick in the 84th minute. Anselmo Nerio, 85 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Riesgo Cero's Benicio Arias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cleto Ferran in the 90th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Prudencio Rolado got free with Arnoldo Kismi in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. C. A. Atlanta walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
