In the 6th minute, Ciriaco Mannuel made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Gutxi. Talleres de Escalada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Aquiles Orzaize kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. After 17 played minutes Defensores del Albinegro got a freekick which was hit by Aquiles Orzaize. Osvaldo Paublo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Dimitar Ivankov. Defensores del Albinegro's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arnaldo Justin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Gutxi having to interfere. Ubaldo Rio scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niceto Gutxi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 32nd minute, Ubaldo Rio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Defensores del Albinegro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Justin in the 43rd minute of play forced Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Niceto Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 44th match minute, Talleres de Escalada was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Candido Savier to maneuver through the defense. Niceto Gutxi came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Defensores del Albinegro's Adrian Martinez. But to his dismay, Adrian Martinez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Leandro Iratxo to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Ubaldo Rio could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Niceto Gutxi however easily saved by the left post. Wilfredo Orlondo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Niceto Gutxi made a huge save. Dimitar Ivankov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulino Fernendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59th minute, Defensores del Albinegro's Arnaldo Justin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Niceto Gutxi. Niceto Gutxi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. In the 66th minute, Anselmo Afonso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Niceto Gutxi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Arnaldo Justin showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-8 in the 69 minute of play. After some careless play in the Talleres de Escalada defense, Ciriaco Mannuel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Niceto Gutxi. The Talleres de Escalada fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Niceto Gutxi should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Adrian Martinez made a precise shot to the right of Niceto Gutxi. Talleres de Escalada's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10. With a little luck, Talleres de Escalada's Niceto Gutxi got control of the ball when Arnaldo Justin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Wilfredo Orlondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niceto Gutxi having to interfere. Niceto Gutxi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciriaco Mannuel, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrian Martinez in the 95th minute of play forced Talleres de Escalada's goalkeeper Niceto Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Defensores del Albinegro left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Talleres de Escalada.
