Westbam's Gwidon Iwanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Haszczak in the 10th minute of play. 12 minutes into the match, Westbam's goal looked a bit too open when Tadeusz Pionek came free, but Gwidon Iwanowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Westbam getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Olgierd Deput hit a great ball. Gwidon Iwanowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Fiszer, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 17 minutes into the match, Powiśle Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Barnaba Banan came free, but Bogdan Zatorski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedykt Nakoneczny's late challenge caught a Westbam's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedykt Nakoneczny helped the player get up and apologised. Witold Fiszer struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Gwidon Iwanowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Powiśle Warszawa. The referee ignored Westbam's protests and gave Czeslaw Furgat a yellow card for diving instead. Czeslaw Furgat hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Powiśle Warszawa's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
