With a little luck, Sletteenge's Thorkild Plougmann got control of the ball when Taus Elikofer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Sletteenge's Gustav Balkov got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6thth minute of the game Gorm Adsersen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sletteenge's Thorkild Plougmann was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Christopher Remke hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Valther Fønsskov came free, but Vagnar Roebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Taus Elikofer's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Thorkild Plougmann skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vagnar Roebel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Absalon Domini, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17thth minute of the game Absalon Domini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skellerup FC's Vagnar Roebel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thorkild Plougmann had great luck who in the 18thth minute grab hold of the ball when Gorm Adsersen from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Gustav Balkov hit a great ball. Thorkild Plougmann made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gorm Adsersen in the 24th minute of play. Taus Elikofer in the 27thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Thorkild Plougmann, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 29 minutes, Walter Fur mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Skellerup FC and the Sletteenge players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Skellerup FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Walter Fur hit a great ball. Vagnar Roebel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Absalon Domini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Kristen Buchbjerg fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skellerup FC's protests and gave Kristen Buchbjerg a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Kristen Buchbjerg got a free kick in the 32nd minute. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Valther Fønsskov hit a great ball. Skellerup FC's Harry Bergø got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sletteenge's Thorkild Plougmann proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Sletteenge from getting a goal against them. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

64 minutes into the match, Skellerup FC's goal looked a bit too open when Askild Farquhar came free, but Vagnar Roebel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute, Absalon Domini hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Thorfinn Birkvad was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 71 minutes into the match. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Sletteenge! Harry Bergø shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Askild Farquhar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vagnar Roebel having to make a save. Vagnar Roebel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valther Fønsskov in the 79th minute. 80 minutes into the game, Valther Fønsskov recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vagnar Roebel. Valther Fønsskov showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 83 minutes into the match, Sletteenge's Valther Fønsskov sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vagnar Roebel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Valther Fønsskov fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sletteenge's protests and gave Valther Fønsskov a yellow card for diving instead. In the 85th match minute, Sletteenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valther Fønsskov to maneuver through the defense. Valther Fønsskov hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Skellerup FC were awarded a corner in the 90th minute after Sletteenge's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Harry Bergø took the corner. After taking down the ball on Skellerup FC's corner Harry Bergø fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Thorkild Plougmann quite easily take care of the ball. After a rather tough play, Skellerup FC's Walter Fur got a free kick in the 91st minute. If Taus Elikofer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Askild Farquhar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vagnar Roebel having to interfere. In the 98th minute Askild Farquhar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vagnar Roebel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Sletteenge supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Sletteenge would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
