In the 6th minute Aivis Bukevics shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petr Čech saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Black horses's Aivis Bukevics in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye UFC Puturoasa's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to UFC Puturoasa getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Ruslan Blanari hit a great ball. Petr Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aivis Bukevics, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 9 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goal looked a bit too open when Aivis Bukevics came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of UFC Puturoasa booed when Black horses was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ervīns Kiberkalns didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to UFC Puturoasa getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Pavel Spãtaru hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, UFC Puturoasa's goal looked a bit too open when Auseklis Blitsons came free, but Petr Čech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Auseklis Blitsons in the 18th minute of play. Petr Čech stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aivis Bukevics's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Sergiu Ramos charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sergiu Ramos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to UFC Puturoasa getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Sergiu Ramos hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Auseklis Blitsons managed to get in a good position for a shot. Black horses's supporters rose to their feet, but Auseklis Blitsons was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petr Čech breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Petr Čech made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Auseklis Blitsons in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Black horses were awarded a corner. Muntis Neimanis went to the cornerflag to take it. Henrihs Rudgalvis received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Petr Čech tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 40 minutes, Kārlis Blāķis successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 42 played minutes UFC Puturoasa got a freekick which was hit by Sergiu Ramos. Muntis Neimanis was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 43rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stefan Vanghele in the 45th minute of play forced Black horses's goalkeeper Kārlis Blāķis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ruslan Blanari kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Kārlis Blāķis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Vanghele's shot from short distance in the 53rd minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 56th minute of the game. One of Black horses:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of UFC Puturoasa:s goal. Stefan Vanghele received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Kārlis Blāķis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Alexei Caraman left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The UFC Puturoasa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Aivis Bukevics hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 70th match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sergiu Ramos to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kaspars Ragutiņš got free with Petr Čech in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 77th match minute, UFC Puturoasa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandu Botnaru to maneuver through the defense. When the match had gone on for 84 minutes, Aivis Bukevics put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Petr Čech. Aivis Bukevics's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 88thth minute, Petr Čech skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Black horses getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Henrihs Rudgalvis hit a great ball. Kārlis Blāķis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pavel Spãtaru in the 94th minute of the match. Black horses's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because UFC Puturoasa had won, even though Black horses had held more of the ball.
