After a rather tough play, Borussia Dortmund's Kevin Poonoly got a free kick in the 10th minute. Ulrich Haas was out of position in the 13 minute of play, and Alejo Loren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alejo Loren really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Rissi Risch hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ulrich Haas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arbnor Dabulla in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Büchel in the 22nd minute of play forced A.K.Sh Albania's goalkeeper Fotaq Xaka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dario Casutt kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. Trim Dragoti took the ball and in the 26 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ulrich Haas. Ulrich Haas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Elton Aga kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Ulrich Haas came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by A.K.Sh Albania's Trim Dragoti. But to his dismay, Trim Dragoti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After 40 minutes of play, A.K.Sh Albania's Trim Dragoti made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulrich Haas was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 43rd minute, A.K.Sh Albania's Elton Aga ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ulrich Haas. Ulrich Haas yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Trim Dragoti was the one to do the kick off. Borussia Dortmund were furious when Rissi Risch was red carded, 59 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The supporters of A.K.Sh Albania booed when Borussia Dortmund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rissi Risch didn't get a good kick on the ball. 66 minutes into the game, Muhammet Cakir was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Borussia Dortmund's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.K.Sh Albania the free kick. In the 67th minute, Muhammet Cakir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When José Büchel came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Borussia Dortmund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Büchel couldn't finish the play. In the 73rd minute Elton Aga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulrich Haas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute, Trim Dragoti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulrich Haas was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. In the 96th minute, Trim Dragoti ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ulrich Haas was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0.
