The supporters of Ajax Colombiano booed when Club Ibiza was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Borras made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ixona Ilarraza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Palacio in the 11th minute of the match. Raul Palacio took the ball and in the 13 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ixona Ilarraza. Ixona Ilarraza dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club Ibiza's goalkeeper Ixona Ilarraza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 20thth minute of the game Paşa Ba who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Ibiza's Ixona Ilarraza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ixona Ilarraza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paşa Ba, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After having played for 25 minutes, Paşa Ba managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ajax Colombiano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paşa Ba was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ixona Ilarraza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacek Limanowski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ixona Ilarraza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

In the 58th minute, Ajax Colombiano's Armando Medeiros dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. In the 62nd minute, Raul Palacio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Antony De Avila took the ball and in the 69 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cayetano Borras. Cayetano Borras dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Cayetano Borras didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antony De Avila went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. In the 83rd minute, Paşa Ba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ajax Colombiano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4. Raul Palacio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ixona Ilarraza having to interfere. Ixona Ilarraza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Palacio in the 93rd minute of the match. The Club Ibiza fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ajax Colombiano were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
