After a rather tough play, Club Ibiza's Ruy Mestas got a free kick in the 5th minute. The supporters of Club Ibiza booed when MILLONARIOS FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Achraf Hakimi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fortun Lizundia came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Club Ibiza fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fortun Lizundia couldn't finish the play. MILLONARIOS FC's Devis Vásquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antony De Avila in the 11th minute of play. Devis Vásquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antony De Avila in the 14th minute of play. After 15 minutes, Iván Cordoba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MILLONARIOS FC and the Club Ibiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. Club Ibiza's Jorrin Ovalle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loren Iriarte in the 19th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Albano Mercadillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 25 played minutes MILLONARIOS FC got a freekick which was hit by Iván Cordoba. Devis Vásquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antony De Avila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Club Ibiza getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Baiardo Maquilanda hit a great ball. 29 minutes into the match, Loren Iriarte notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Club Ibiza's Jorrin Ovalle. Jorrin Ovalle was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th minute Luis Díaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorrin Ovalle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maore Baiges could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Devis Vásquez made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maore Baiges got free with Devis Vásquez in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 45 minutes, Stanislao Brau mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the MILLONARIOS FC and the Club Ibiza players grew even worse after the yellow card. Stanislao Brau hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Luis Díaz made the kick off in the second half. Jorrin Ovalle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis Díaz in the 51st minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Iván Cordoba recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jorrin Ovalle. Iván Cordoba showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. Maties Toranzo kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Devis Vásquez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maore Baiges in the 59th minute of play. MILLONARIOS FC's Devis Vásquez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Marichalar in the 67th minute of play. If Maties Toranzo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 74th minute Antony De Avila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Devis Vásquez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 75thth minute of the game Antony De Avila who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MILLONARIOS FC's Devis Vásquez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 81 minutes into the game, Maties Toranzo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MILLONARIOS FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Ibiza the free kick. After a rather tough play, MILLONARIOS FC's Maties Toranzo got a free kick in the 81st minute.
