A collision led to GuateFortín getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Patricio Alvarado hit a great ball. Eate Lamota blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Navarro Montoya having to make a save. Carlos Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Severino, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eate Lamota in the 18th minute of play. Eate Lamota received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Carlos Navarro Montoya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Navarro Montoya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anastasio Severino, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by RAMBO FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Santamaria was slow to take the kick. During this time GuateFortín's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Abraham Santamaria almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but RAMBO FC's Zabal Bucaran did a great save. Milton Umaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anastasio Severino scored 0-2 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carlos Navarro Montoya, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benvide Cercalde in the 41st minute of play. If Douglas Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, RAMBO FC's Zabal Bucaran got control of the ball when Milton Umaña tried to sneak it across the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benvide Cercalde stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Anastasio Severino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Carlos Navarro Montoya. The goal made the score 0-3. GuateFortín's Carlos Navarro Montoya proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save GuateFortín from getting a goal against them. Benvide Cercalde could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Carlos Navarro Montoya made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Sebastião Madureira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. GuateFortín's Patricio Villacorta was substituted for Abraham Santamaria. Sebastião Madureira hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, GuateFortín's Primitivo Gallardo got a free kick in the 68th minute. 70 minutes into the game, Tello Picado recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Navarro Montoya. Tello Picado showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-4. If Mateo Terciero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Navarro Montoya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anastasio Severino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zabal Bucaran took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Umaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 83 minutes into the match, Mateo Terciero notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of RAMBO FC's Zabal Bucaran. Zabal Bucaran was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. RAMBO FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
