After 5 minutes, Fernando Toxeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the A.D. Alcorcón and the Spartak de Txurdi players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th match minute, A.D. Alcorcón was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Toxeiro to maneuver through the defense. Mikolaj Grunwalski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apoena Izquierdo in the 8th minute of play. After 10 minutes of play, Spartak de Txurdi's Gav Smith made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sergi Sabina was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gav Smith kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Mikolaj Grunwalski had great luck who in the 17thth minute grab hold of the ball when Apoena Izquierdo from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. In the 19th minute, Gav Smith ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sergi Sabina was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Alanzo Torrente sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Liberto Merino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sergi Sabina having to interfere. In the 28th minute Gav Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergi Sabina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gav Smith's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergi Sabina read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. 32 minutes into the match, Spartak de Txurdi's goal looked a bit too open when Amerigo Batuecas came free, but Mikolaj Grunwalski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Spartak de Txurdi's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gav Smith in the 35th minute. In the 35th minute, Ahmet Gökalp Taçkın hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergi Sabina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gav Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th match minute, Spartak de Txurdi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Liberto Merino to maneuver through the defense. Gav Smith scored 0-3 in the 40th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sergi Sabina, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Liberto Merino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Gav Smith had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergi Sabina. A.D. Alcorcón's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gav Smith was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Sergi Sabina was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Gav Smith capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gav Smith really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Spartak de Txurdi's Gav Smith got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sergi Sabina made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gav Smith in the 60th minute. Gav Smith could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Sergi Sabina made a huge save. Fernando Toxeiro hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Spartak de Txurdi's Regis Jaen was substituted for Evelio Senin. After a rather tough play, A.D. Alcorcón's Fernando Toxeiro got a free kick in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Liberto Merino made a precise shot to the right of Sergi Sabina. A.D. Alcorcón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. Liberto Merino struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Sergi Sabina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Spartak de Txurdi. When Roberto Santos fell near the penalty area in the 82nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored A.D. Alcorcón's protests and gave Roberto Santos a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to A.D. Alcorcón getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Roberto Santos hit a great ball. Sergi Sabina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gav Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Spartak de Txurdi's Horacio Hernandez got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 86th minute, Gav Smith made a precise shot to the right of Sergi Sabina. A.D. Alcorcón's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. After some careless play in the A.D. Alcorcón defense, Gav Smith kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergi Sabina. The A.D. Alcorcón fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergi Sabina should have stopped the shot. Sergi Sabina made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gav Smith in the 93rd minute of play. If Horacio Hernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match was over Spartak de Txurdi could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than A.D. Alcorcón throughout the match.
