The referee felt a red card was in order, 11 minutes into the game, when Saverio Alfaro put in a rough tackle. A.D. Alcorcón:s Juanito Erosa showed great skill when he stopped Gav Smith:s penalty. Mikolaj Grunwalski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amerigo Batuecas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gav Smith's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Juanito Erosa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 23 minutes into the match, A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Juanito Erosa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gav Smith. Ahmet Gökalp Taçkın kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. A.D. Alcorcón's Juanito Erosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save A.D. Alcorcón from getting a goal against them. Gav Smith took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Juanito Erosa. Juanito Erosa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Gav Smith who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 41stth minute tested the skills of Juanito Erosa when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in A.D. Alcorcón's zone, Gav Smith stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Juanito Erosa came out of the goal and Gav Smith tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Liberto Merino to strike the kick off in the second half. Juanito Erosa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gav Smith went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Juanito Erosa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gav Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 57 minutes into the match, Spartak de Txurdi's Gav Smith sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Juanito Erosa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juanito Erosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gav Smith in the 59th minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Gav Smith notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of A.D. Alcorcón's Juanito Erosa. Juanito Erosa was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 68th minute Gav Smith shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juanito Erosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liberto Merino scored 6-0 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Juanito Erosa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Spartak de Txurdi made a substitution. Regis Jaen replaced Evelio Senin. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gav Smith in the 82nd minute of play forced A.D. Alcorcón's goalkeeper Juanito Erosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 92nd minute, Gav Smith ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Juanito Erosa was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Liberto Merino managed to get in a good position for a shot. Spartak de Txurdi's supporters rose to their feet, but Liberto Merino was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juanito Erosa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Spartak de Txurdi walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
