Ralf Talsma sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 14th match minute, Seagulls was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gerald Langenbach to maneuver through the defense. Martin Andriessen kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Beetje Moe Re-United's Altan Işınsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan-Joost Smeekes narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Hans-Cees Ricksen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Beetje Moe Re-United's supporters rose to their feet, but Hans-Cees Ricksen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jan-Joost Smeekes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bill Hertog scored 0-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Joost Smeekes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 25th minute, Fernando Hardering ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Joost Smeekes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Billy van Loen in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Joost Smeekes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fernando Hardering in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan-Joost Smeekes saved Seagulls from getting behind. In the 33rd minute, Altan Işınsu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Joost Smeekes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 36 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Hardering came free, but Jan-Joost Smeekes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes into the game, Beetje Moe Re-United's Bill Hertog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jan-Joost Smeekes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Hans-Cees Ricksen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jan-Joost Smeekes having to interfere. If Hans-Cees Ricksen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hans-Cees Ricksen to make the kick off. Hans-Cees Ricksen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jan-Joost Smeekes made a huge save. In the 54th match minute, Beetje Moe Re-United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hans-Cees Ricksen to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Joost Smeekes was out of position in the 57 minute of play, and Fernando Hardering capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Fernando Hardering really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Bill Hertog sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hans-Cees Ricksen took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Beetje Moe Re-United's Altan Işınsu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jan-Joost Smeekes. That made the score 0-7 after 66 minutes of play. Jan-Joost Smeekes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Altan Işınsu in the 69th minute of the match. When Bill Hertog came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Beetje Moe Re-United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bill Hertog couldn't finish the play. 73 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goalkeeper Jan-Joost Smeekes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hans-Cees Ricksen. In the 78th minute Altan Işınsu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Joost Smeekes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 83 minutes into the match, Hans-Cees Ricksen notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Seagulls's Jan-Joost Smeekes. Jan-Joost Smeekes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bill Hertog got free with Jan-Joost Smeekes in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Teodoro Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Billy van Loen took a quick shot and it went in 0-9 without a chance for Jan-Joost Smeekes to make any attempt to save it. Beetje Moe Re-United's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
