Kevin Middel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Maximino Cristofanini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Bosstraeten, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Jelle Pepping lost his temper 12 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Jelle Pepping hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. The long shot by Abraham Teesing in the 14th minute really tested Meindert Janus's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When Berend Alkema fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Buitenhout FC's protests and gave Berend Alkema a yellow card for diving instead. In the 23rd match minute, Buitenhout FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berend Alkema to maneuver through the defense. After 28 minutes Flashdynamica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Teesing who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Abraham Teesing almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Flashdynamica's Meindert Janus did a great save. Heiko Need hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Koos Alberts hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute Kevin Middel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Cristofanini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Maximino Cristofanini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Middel, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Buitenhout FC's Tayyab Naci got a free kick in the 43rd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Koos Alberts in the 53rd minute of play forced Flashdynamica's goalkeeper Meindert Janus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Buitenhout FC's Maximino Cristofanini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Middel in the 56th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Teodosio Johans in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Meindert Janus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 68 played minutes Buitenhout FC got a freekick which was hit by Berend Alkema. Meindert Janus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Teodosio Johans's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. Abraham Teesing's late challenge caught a Flashdynamica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abraham Teesing helped the player get up and apologised. Abraham Teesing hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Meindert Janus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Teodosio Johans went, in the 77th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. 82 minutes into the match, Kevin Middel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Maximino Cristofanini. Buitenhout FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin Middel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Herman Sparnaaij hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Maximino Cristofanini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dennis Bosstraeten in the 86th minute. If Daniel Hofsteenge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Cristofanini stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Middel's shot from short distance in the 96th minute.
