Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Amadeo Tuste got the match started through his kick off. Amadeo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gustavo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the game, Aloísio Vianna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Belotaurus FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palmeiras the free kick. Belotaurus FC's Gustavo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amadeo Tuste in the 16th minute of play. After 20 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Bruninho Trevisan. Caio Boldrini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Gustavo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gustavo Brasil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amadeo Tuste in the 27th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amadeo Tuste in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gustavo Brasil prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Caio Boldrini's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Gustavo Brasil firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Belotaurus FC's Edmílson de Brito got a free kick in the 29th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amadeo Tuste in the 30th minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Amadeo Tuste notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Belotaurus FC's Gustavo Brasil. Gustavo Brasil was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras's Perivaldo Furlan got a free kick in the 35th minute. Tião Tróia took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gustavo Brasil. Gustavo Brasil dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Lucas Botelho's late challenge caught a Palmeiras's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Lucas Botelho helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Palmeiras booed when Belotaurus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Botelho didn't get a good kick on the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Belotaurus FC's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Tuste came free, but Gustavo Brasil reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

Palmeiras's Toninho Prestes was substituted for Dagoberto Moura. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enéas Cunha to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nilton Soeiro in the 54th minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Botelho in the 55th minute of play forced Palmeiras's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Recife to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 57th match minute, Belotaurus FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmílson de Brito to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Amadeo Tuste managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmeiras's supporters rose to their feet, but Amadeo Tuste was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo Brasil breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Amadeo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gustavo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nilton Soeiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tião Tróia in the 71st minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 72 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goalkeeper Carlos Augusto Recife had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enéas Cunha. Jonas Torres hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Gustavo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Belotaurus FC defense, Amadeo Tuste kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gustavo Brasil. The Belotaurus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gustavo Brasil should have stopped the shot. After 81 played minutes Belotaurus FC got a freekick which was hit by Enéas Cunha. Amadeo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gustavo Brasil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Belotaurus FC's Gustavo Brasil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonas Torres in the 85th minute of play. Tião Tróia scored 4-0 in the 86th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo Brasil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of Palmeiras booed when Belotaurus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmílson de Brito didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gustavo Brasil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Palmeiras's Amadeo Tuste got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Palmeiras players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
