Matheus Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino de Lima in the 16th minute of the match. Izaltina FAD's Osmar Donato was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 22nd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Gino de Lima could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Matheus Carneiro made a huge save. After 27 minutes of play, Izaltina FAD's Bernardinho de Senna made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Matheus Carneiro was left in no man's land by his defense there! Izaltina FAD's Cristóvão Paranaense got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Zemantauskas FC's Tiaguinho Carneiro got a free kick in the 37th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Osmar Donato recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matheus Carneiro. Osmar Donato showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademar de Amorim in the 42nd minute of play forced Izaltina FAD's goalkeeper Dráusio Oliveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

Matheus Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. In the 79th minute Denílson Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matheus Carneiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osmar Donato's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Matheus Carneiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. Izaltina FAD walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
