Fabiano Abraão's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but João Pedro Rodrigues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. 6 minutes into the game, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fabiano Abraão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Rodrigues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 11th minute of the game Luan de Sousa made a throw-in which Luiz Fernando Botelho played forward. João Pedro Rodrigues showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Humberto Pitta in the 15th minute of the match. In the 19th minute, Fabiano Abraão made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Rodrigues. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Luan de Sousa made in the 22nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luiz Fernando Botelho however managed to control. João Pedro Rodrigues made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabiano Abraão in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Fabiano Abraão made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Rodrigues. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's attentive Zhuo Sha Le managed to snatch the ball when Luan de Sousa made a throw-in in the 27th minute of the game. Fabiano Abraão took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Pedro Rodrigues. João Pedro Rodrigues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 33 minutes into the match, Fabiano Abraão notched a goal, 0-5, to the right of Joinville United - FSCMZ's João Pedro Rodrigues. João Pedro Rodrigues was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 36 minutes into the match, Joinville United - FSCMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Abraão came free, but João Pedro Rodrigues reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 39 minutes had been played when some careless play by Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Dorian de Moraes was slow to take the kick. During this time Merusca F&P - CIMZ's players had a chance to rest. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Humberto Pitta in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck João Pedro Rodrigues prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute Humberto Pitta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Pedro Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Pedro Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Humberto Pitta. But to his dismay, Humberto Pitta quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Afonsinho Munhoz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fabiano Abraão ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind João Pedro Rodrigues. João Pedro Rodrigues yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-7. Luan de Sousa hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. After 55 played minutes, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Dorian de Moraes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper João Pedro Rodrigues came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Merusca F&P - CIMZ reached it. After a defensive mix-up in Joinville United - FSCMZ's zone, Fabiano Abraão stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. João Pedro Rodrigues came out of the goal and Fabiano Abraão tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Luiz Fernando Botelho fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Joinville United - FSCMZ's protests and gave Luiz Fernando Botelho a yellow card for diving instead. After 59 played minutes Joinville United - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Fernando Botelho. Joinville United - FSCMZ's João Pedro Rodrigues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabiano Abraão in the 62nd minute of play. Joinville United - FSCMZ's João Pedro Rodrigues proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Joinville United - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. 65 minutes into the game, one of Joinville United - FSCMZ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Humberto Pitta took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised João Pedro Rodrigues. João Pedro Rodrigues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. Merusca F&P - CIMZ made a substitution. Marcinho Negri replaced Fabiano Abraão. Willian Trevisan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Barral in the 73rd minute of the match. João Pedro Rodrigues came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Marcinho Negri. But to his dismay, Marcinho Negri quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. 78 minutes into the game, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Marcinho Negri nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Pedro Rodrigues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. If Marcinho Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 82nd match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wilson Amaral to maneuver through the defense. 83 minutes into the game, Humberto Pitta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-11. João Pedro Rodrigues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Humberto Pitta who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of João Pedro Rodrigues when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 91st minute, Marcinho Negri made a precise shot to the right of João Pedro Rodrigues. Joinville United - FSCMZ's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-12. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcinho Negri in the 95th minute of play forced Joinville United - FSCMZ's goalkeeper João Pedro Rodrigues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcinho Negri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but João Pedro Rodrigues made a huge save. Merusca F&P - CIMZ played a much better game than Joinville United - FSCMZ and deserved their victory. The Joinville United - FSCMZ players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
