Joinville United - FSCMZ's Cauan Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victor de Salles in the 15th minute of play. In the 16th match minute, Joinville United - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robinho Peixoto to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Flying Dutch's Zé Pedro Montenegro got a free kick in the 21st minute. Afonsinho Munhoz struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Flying Dutch's Zé Pedro Montenegro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cauan Arce. That made the score 1-0 after 41 minutes of play. The supporters of Joinville United - FSCMZ booed when Flying Dutch was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismael Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the game, Victor de Salles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cauan Arce. Victor de Salles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jonathan Fonseca to make the kick off. With his leg Arthur Amorim managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when Joinville United - FSCMZ's Reinaldo Barral fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 58 minutes into the match, Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Arthur Amorim had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reinaldo Barral. Flying Dutch's Zé Pedro Montenegro got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cauan Arce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Fonseca in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Flying Dutch's Ismael das Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cauan Arce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Robinho Peixoto hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Cauan Arce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tiago Correia, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the match, Victor de Salles had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cauan Arce. Joinville United - FSCMZ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victor de Salles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Wilson Amaral received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Arthur Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Wilson Amaral slotted it home off the left post making it 5-1 in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Flying Dutch players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
