Simão Duarte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Simão Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Adolfo Santana, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Simão Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseu Tasso in the 16th minute of the match. The supporters of Ricart Futebol Clube booed when Encanto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Adolfo Santana didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ricart Futebol Clube's Simão Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denílson do Nascimento in the 19th minute of play. 20 minutes into the match, 秦鸿云 had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Simão Duarte. Ricart Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 秦鸿云 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Rui de Mendonça acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 45th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Marcos da Fonseca. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseu Tasso in the 47th minute of play forced Ricart Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Simão Duarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-6 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aílton Corrêa was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Encanto's 秦鸿云 slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simão Duarte. That made the score 0-7 after 52 minutes of play. In the 56th minute Gilson Braga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 played minutes Ricart Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Juan Vale. The crowd rose to their feet as Encanto's Denílson do Nascimento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simão Duarte. That made the score 0-10 after 73 minutes of play. João Adolfo Santana kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. In the 80th minute Aílton Corrêa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rui de Mendonça saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 84 minutes, 秦鸿云 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Encanto's supporters crossed their fingers, but 秦鸿云 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 85th minute, Encanto's Denílson do Nascimento dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-11. In the 89th minute, Encanto's Denílson do Nascimento ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Simão Duarte. Simão Duarte yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-12. Rui de Mendonça made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcos da Fonseca in the 93rd minute of play.
