In the 15thth minute of the game André Luís das Neves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s Dênis Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Gilvan Mendonça sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Charles Vergílio kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Adrianinho Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitório Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. A collision led to Dinamo Colorado getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Andres D'Alessandro hit a great ball. Dênis Valle didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when André Luís das Neves got free with Dênis Valle in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and André Luís das Neves made a kick off. 51 minutes into the game, Basílio Novaes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Colorado the free kick. After 51 played minutes Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ® got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Novaes. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling André Luís das Neves in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dênis Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 54 minutes into the game, Toninho da Cunha was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dinamo Colorado the free kick. Dênis Valle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesinha Meirelles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dênis Valle stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Luís das Neves's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. The audience was convinced that André Luís das Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dênis Valle was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. In the 69th minute of the match, Adrianinho Furtado tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vitório Andrade saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Dênis Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcel Matos in the 74th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermínio Pena in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vitório Andrade saved Dinamo Colorado from getting behind. Ȼōŗỉȵᵺỉƛȵʂ Wƛŗŗỉōŗʂ®'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
