The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Wágner Fox might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Júlio Soares. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wágner Fox scored 0-1 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Júlio Soares, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wágner Fox in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Soares saved Breguete FC from getting behind. Júlio Soares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wágner Fox's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Júlio Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wágner Fox in the 13th minute of the match. Alperen Bozkurt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Jesus, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Golaki Goiano in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Júlio Soares prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Júlio Soares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wágner Fox's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After 21 minutes Breguete FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zachary Figlewski who took care of the corner kick. 23 minutes into the match, Breguete FC's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Fox came free, but Júlio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Golaki Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wágner Fox looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 41st minute Wágner Fox shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Jataiense Futebol Clube's zone, Sílvio Luís Mendes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alperen Bozkurt came out of the goal and Sílvio Luís Mendes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Jesus made a kick off. 52 minutes into the game, Eusébio Corrêa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Breguete FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Jataiense Futebol Clube the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Breguete FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 52nd minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Júlio Soares, was totally fooled by Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano, who 53 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. With a little luck, Breguete FC's Júlio Soares got control of the ball when Wágner Fox tried to sneak it across the goal line. Júlio Soares was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Wágner Fox showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 59 minute of play. Alperen Bozkurt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Luís Mendes in the 62nd minute of the match. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. A collision led to Jataiense Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Zachary Figlewski hit a great ball. Jataiense Futebol Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
