With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Efraim in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agnaldo do Valle saved Jurassic Monsters SA from getting behind. Telmo de Amorim made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Josué Penha sent off a good shot on target. In the 14th minute Armando Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agnaldo do Valle saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Guerreiro in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agnaldo do Valle prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Jurassic Monsters SA defense, Armando Guerreiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Agnaldo do Valle. The Jurassic Monsters SA fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Agnaldo do Valle should have stopped the shot. In the 24thth minute of the game Honorio Efraim who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jurassic Monsters SA's Agnaldo do Valle was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The throw-in from Caio Maciel in the 26th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Sport Club Mavericks's João Paulo de Sena. Agnaldo do Valle made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Guerreiro in the 30th minute of play. Agnaldo do Valle showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Guerreiro in the 30th minute of the match. Jurassic Monsters SA's Agnaldo do Valle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Armando Guerreiro in the 34th minute of play. Telmo de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinícius Grandi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorio Efraim was the one to do the kick off. Armando Guerreiro took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Agnaldo do Valle. Agnaldo do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Sport Club Mavericks fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-6. 70 minutes into the game, Sport Club Mavericks's Armando Guerreiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Agnaldo do Valle made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. Jurassic Monsters SA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Armando Guerreiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-9. In the 85th minute, Armando Guerreiro made a precise shot to the right of Agnaldo do Valle. Jurassic Monsters SA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-10.
