Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jaime Cabral started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, October 04 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabinho Falcão to maneuver through the defense. Grêmio Santo André's Mai Yong Zhi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for October 04. Hamílton Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Barros in the 6th minute of the match. In the 8thth minute of the game Wesley Teles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Santo André's Almir Severo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the game, Wesley Teles recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Almir Severo. Wesley Teles showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Claudinho Antunes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 16thth minute, Almir Severo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Wesley Teles took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Almir Severo to make any attempt to save it. Almir Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Toni Ramos in the 22nd minute of play. In the 23rd match minute, Grêmio Santo André was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauan Barros to maneuver through the defense. Wesley Teles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wesley Teles in the 24th minute of play forced Grêmio Santo André's goalkeeper Almir Severo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 29 minutes into the match, October 04's goal looked a bit too open when Cauan Barros came free, but Hamílton Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hamílton Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adalberto de Sousa in the 31st minute of the match. Toni Ramos's late challenge caught a Grêmio Santo André's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toni Ramos helped the player get up and apologised. Toni Ramos hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, October 04's Tião Amaral got a free kick in the 40th minute. In the 46th minute Adalberto de Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamílton Rezende saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 47th minute, Adalberto de Sousa made a precise shot to the right of Hamílton Rezende. October 04's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Wesley Teles made the kick off in the second half. October 04's Wesley Teles got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hamílton Rezende came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Grêmio Santo André's Adalberto de Sousa. But to his dismay, Adalberto de Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Hamílton Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Barros in the 67th minute of the match. Hamílton Rezende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mai Yong Zhi in the 70th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Grêmio Santo André's Adalberto de Sousa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hamílton Rezende made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-3. Zé Pedro Salles hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Egídio Senna got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamílton Rezende showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cauan Barros in the 85th minute of the match. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Hamílton Rezende successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Duarte Barbosa fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored October 04's protests and gave Duarte Barbosa a yellow card for diving instead. Grêmio Santo André's Mai Yong Zhi shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 92nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Hamílton Rezende but with some difficulty. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Grêmio Santo André's goalkeeper Almir Severo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 96 played minutes Grêmio Santo André got a freekick which was hit by Bernie Strauss. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Wesley Teles managed to get in a good position for a shot. October 04's supporters rose to their feet, but Wesley Teles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Almir Severo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Grêmio Santo André players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
