Breguete FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 10th minute, when Wágner Fox scored to the left of an out of position Júlio Soares, making the score, 1-0. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Alperen Bozkurt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adriano Leite in the 13th minute of play. Júlio Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Fox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wágner Fox blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Soares having to make a save. Júlio Soares made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Wágner Fox sent off a good shot on target. After 22 played minutes Breguete FC got a freekick which was hit by Enio Dias. 25 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Luiz Gustavo Sanches came free, but Alperen Bozkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wágner Fox in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Júlio Soares saved Breguete FC from getting behind. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wágner Fox got free with Júlio Soares in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Wágner Fox managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Wágner Fox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Júlio Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wágner Fox's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Júlio Soares read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 46th minute of play forced Breguete FC's goalkeeper Júlio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 48 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Wágner Fox sped through Breguete FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Júlio Soares. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Golaki Goiano to make the kick off. Enio Dias kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. Wágner Fox took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Júlio Soares. Júlio Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. Júlio Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wágner Fox, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 61st minute, Breguete FC's Adriano Leite ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Alperen Bozkurt. Alperen Bozkurt yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-1. Enio Dias hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. If Wágner Fox had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 68 played minutes Jataiense Futebol Clube got a freekick which was hit by Wágner Fox. After a rather tough play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Kalle Biörkquist got a free kick in the 68th minute. 72 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adriano Leite. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Claudinho Queiroz was substituted for Eurico Rezende. Golaki Goiano struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Júlio Soares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jataiense Futebol Clube. Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wágner Fox got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Júlio Soares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Fox in the 81st minute of play. Wágner Fox charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wágner Fox the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 85th minute, Wágner Fox hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jataiense Futebol Clube made a substitution. Martin Firoiu replaced Wágner Fox. Alperen Bozkurt acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 87th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Robinho Leal. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Breguete FC's goalkeeper Júlio Soares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Júlio Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Golaki Goiano in the 94th minute of the match. In the 96th minute, Claudinho Queiroz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Júlio Soares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
