Blasco Macho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Blasco Macho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sam Huveneers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blasco Macho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Sam Huveneers's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Leonardo Pernambucano hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Hartmann Futebol Clube's Blasco Macho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Pernambucano in the 26th minute of play. Leripe Lifestyle were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Hartmann Futebol Clube's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Leonardo Pernambucano took the corner. After taking down the ball on Leripe Lifestyle's corner Leonardo Pernambucano fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Blasco Macho quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pernambucano in the 33rd minute of play forced Hartmann Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Blasco Macho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dário Moreira hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 35th minute, Baltazar Messias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Aloísio Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Teodoro Santana was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Blasco Macho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Murilo Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Leripe Lifestyle's Bebeto Bala was substituted for Borys Soliwoda. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Hartmann Futebol Clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Despite this Blasco Macho quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bebeto Bala's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Blasco Macho read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, Pedro Luiz Secco notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Leripe Lifestyle's Teodoro Santana. Teodoro Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Teodoro Santana made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aloísio Lopez in the 88th minute of play. The supporters of Hartmann Futebol Clube booed when Leripe Lifestyle was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valdir Cabral didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Leripe Lifestyle's goal looked a bit too open when Aloísio Lopez came free, but Teodoro Santana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
