Xandinho Bomba was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot. Xandinho Bomba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maicon Oliveira in the 23rd minute of play. The supporters of SORRISO E. C. booed when Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renato Augusto didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Maicon Oliveira put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Xandinho Bomba. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maicon Oliveira in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. C.'s goalkeeper Edvaldo Leal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes had been played when some careless play by SORRISO E. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ernesto Bezerra was slow to take the kick. During this time Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's players had a chance to rest. Ernesto Bezerra made a great header on Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's corner, it was just that SORRISO E. C.'s Edvaldo Leal managed to reach the ball for a save. Xandinho Bomba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. After 69 minutes of play, SORRISO E. C.'s Maicon Oliveira made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Xandinho Bomba was left in no man's land by his defense there! 73 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s Maicon Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Xandinho Bomba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Davi Isac had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 79 minutes, Jailson Gonçalves mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ and the SORRISO E. C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Davi Isac was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Silas Costa came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silas Costa couldn't finish the play. In the 95thth minute of the game Maicon Oliveira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jaraguá do Sul FSCMZ's Xandinho Bomba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
