Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Capivara FC's Célio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maicon Oliveira in the 3rd minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Maicon Oliveira had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Célio Machado. Capivara FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maicon Oliveira was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Maicon Oliveira scored 0-3 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Célio Machado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s Maicon Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Célio Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 18th minute, Dorival Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Capivara FC's zone, Alfredinho Freitas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Célio Machado came out of the goal and Alfredinho Freitas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Maicon Oliveira in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Célio Machado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Célio Machado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maicon Oliveira in the 32nd minute of the match. After some careless play in the Capivara FC defense, Maicon Oliveira kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Célio Machado. The Capivara FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Célio Machado should have stopped the shot. 45 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s goalkeeper Edvaldo Leal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edvaldo Leal. Maicon Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Célio Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geraldo Saraiva kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. After the first half SORRISO E. C. were leading 0-6. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvaldo Leal to make the kick off. In the 57th minute, Maicon Oliveira made a precise shot to the right of Célio Machado. Capivara FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-7. SORRISO E. C.'s Davi Isac was substituted for Alfredinho Freitas. SORRISO E. C.'s attentive Zachary Cwynar managed to snatch the ball when Augusto Lopez made a throw-in in the 62nd minute of the game. In the last second Célio Machado throw himself and got hold of the ball when Maicon Oliveira in the 72ndth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 76 minutes into the match, SORRISO E. C.'s Maicon Oliveira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Célio Machado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Maicon Oliveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Célio Machado was relentless in the 82nd minute of the game. If Maicon Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 88th minute, Fabiano Negri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maicon Oliveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 89th minute of the match, but Célio Machado made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Maicon Oliveira's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Célio Machado was relentless in the 92nd minute of the game. Maicon Oliveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Célio Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Davi Isac could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Célio Machado made a huge save. Davi Isac had several of the Capivara FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 98 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-8 score and a disappointed Célio Machado as he didn't even see the shot coming. SORRISO E. C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
