Murillo Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fábio Luciano, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. In the 23rd minute Umberto Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murillo Pinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilian Gulak in the 25th minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Giuseppe Negri made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vivaldo Breckenfeld was left in no man's land by his defense there! Maicon de Amorim could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Vivaldo Breckenfeld made a huge save. Jovens Democratas MZC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frank Scarcella was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Abel Dracena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Vivaldo Breckenfeld tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Didi Cabral hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match.

With his leg Murillo Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when Agro Imortal's Wilian Gulak fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 60 minutes Jovens Democratas MZC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mário Quirino who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Agro Imortal getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Wilian Gulak hit a great ball. Agro Imortal's attentive Valério Veiga managed to snatch the ball when Charles Eger made a throw-in in the 65th minute of the game. The supporters of Agro Imortal booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Eger didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Jovens Democratas MZC getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Charles Eger hit a great ball. Murillo Pinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Luciano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Wilian Gulak took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Murillo Pinho to make any attempt to save it. 84 minutes into the match, Jovens Democratas MZC's goalkeeper Murillo Pinho had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wilian Gulak. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho got control of the ball when Wilian Gulak tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jovens Democratas MZC's Charles Eger got his second yellow card of the match in the 87th minute. The referee ordered Charles Eger off the ground. After 95 played minutes Jovens Democratas MZC got a freekick which was hit by Frank Scarcella. Agro Imortal were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
