Jenipapo SC's Leonardo Magalhães was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 3rd play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Leonardo Magalhãess short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Leonardo Vargas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kaká Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Luís Gerber, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ernesto Bertassi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kaká Lopes having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernesto Bertassi in the 12th minute of play forced Jenipapo SC's goalkeeper Kaká Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A hard and well directed shot from Ernesto Bertassi led 12 minutes into the game to a goal after the ball had bounced deceptively just in front of the goal. Jenipapo SC's Kaká Lopes became a little unsure and couldn't grip the ball before it was over the goalline. Thus it was 1-1. The supporters of Jenipapo SC booed when Akira アキラ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pedro Luís Gerber didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Akira アキラ getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ernesto Bertassi hit a great ball. With a little luck, Akira アキラ's Leonardo Vargas got control of the ball when Luan Vale tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Magalhães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Vargas was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. After having played for 26 minutes, Cristiano Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jenipapo SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristiano Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eriberto dos Santos took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonardo Vargas. Leonardo Vargas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luan Vale got free with Leonardo Vargas in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 39 minutes, Délio Pontes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Akira アキラ and the Jenipapo SC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Akira アキラ getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Délio Pontes hit a great ball. Leonardo Vargas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Magalhães in the 40th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Luís Gerber made a kick off. José Carlos Antunes hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Leonardo Magalhães's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Leonardo Vargas was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Akira アキラ defense, Cristiano Marquez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leonardo Vargas. The Akira アキラ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leonardo Vargas should have stopped the shot. In the 60th minute Cristiano Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Vargas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luan Vale sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pedro Luís Gerber fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kaká Lopes having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Cristiano Marquez notched a goal, 5-1, to the right of Akira アキラ's Leonardo Vargas. Leonardo Vargas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leonardo Vargas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Magalhães in the 77th minute of play. After 79 minutes, Leonardo Magalhães made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. Akira アキラ's Leonardo Vargas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Leonardo Vargas came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by Jenipapo SC's Luan Vale. But to his dismay, Luan Vale quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-1. Jenipapo SC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
