Kléberson Laguna showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovani Leal, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Olívio Castros short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Kléberson Laguna to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Caco Mattos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vambola Probach in the 15th minute of play. Diamante Negro DK - VV's Alexandre Tepedino got his second yellow card of the match in the 16th minute. The referee ordered Alexandre Tepedino off the ground. After a rather tough play, Diamante Negro DK - VV's Alexandre Tepedino got a free kick in the 16th minute. After 20 played minutes JFSP got a freekick which was hit by Horácio Souto. Diamante Negro DK - VV's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vambola Probach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Edinson Gentenaar kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vambola Probach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 55 played minutes, JFSP's Daniel Dalberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Caco Mattos came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in JFSP reached it. Caco Mattos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vambola Probach in the 61st minute. Caco Mattos was a little too slow when Edinson Gentenaar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 62nd minute. The score was now 0-2. 75 minutes into the game, Vambola Probach cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Caco Mattos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olívio Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olívio Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Olívio Castro kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. Vambola Probach in the 82ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Caco Mattos, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 83rd minute, Nuno Viana hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vambola Probach recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute.
