Deportivo Ortegano were awarded a corner in the 13th minute after AJ Juventus FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmundo Arizabal took the corner. Deportivo Ortegano's Edmundo Arizabal was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Clemente Ribota in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Deportivo Ortegano's Eustaquio Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Loi Icazate in the 44th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Ortegano's Eguen Tavarez got a free kick in the 45th minute. Eustaquio Ondino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Huly Francia in the 46th minute of play.

Deportivo Ortegano made a substitution. Serafino Berria replaced Delmar Nesto. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Huly Francia stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elano Lobado in the 53rd minute of play forced AJ Juventus FC's goalkeeper Clemente Ribota to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in AJ Juventus FC's zone, Serafino Berria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Clemente Ribota came out of the goal and Serafino Berria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 79 played minutes Deportivo Ortegano got a freekick which was hit by Bakar Armental. In the 80th minute of the match Dayam Carces shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Eustaquio Ondino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 83rd minute Elano Lobado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Clemente Ribota saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eustaquio Ondino made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Loi Icazate sent off a good shot on target. 86 minutes into the match, Elano Lobado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Clemente Ribota. AJ Juventus FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elano Lobado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Ortegano's Jones Ice-Cream Guobadia got a free kick in the 89th minute. Clemente Ribota made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elano Lobado in the 91st minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Elano Lobado notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of AJ Juventus FC's Clemente Ribota. Clemente Ribota was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Deportivo Ortegano had won after a very even match.
