The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Perna got free with Alvise Gerola in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Through an outstanding action, after 13 minutes, Alvise Gerola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 14th minute Armando Perna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alvise Gerola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Alvise Gerola managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Camporioccio VS's Armando Perna fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A well placed Armando Perna short distance shot in the 24th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Armando Perna in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alvise Gerola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 32 minutes into the match, PomeziaRamblers's goal looked a bit too open when Armando Perna came free, but Alvise Gerola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alvise Gerola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Perna in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Florian Gualtieri notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of PomeziaRamblers's Alvise Gerola. Alvise Gerola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PomeziaRamblers's Alvise Gerola proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save PomeziaRamblers from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ciro Mastrocola to make the kick off. Carter Cruciani received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Attilio Lucentini came out and tried to block the shot, but Carter Cruciani slotted it home off the left post making it 3-2 in the 52nd minute. Alvise Gerola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Armando Perna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Perna scored 4-2 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alvise Gerola, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 61stth minute of the game Claudio Casiraghi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PomeziaRamblers's Alvise Gerola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Armando Perna's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alvise Gerola was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 64 minutes into the match, Armando Perna notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of PomeziaRamblers's Alvise Gerola. Alvise Gerola was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. PomeziaRamblers's Alvise Gerola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Casiraghi in the 74th minute of play. One of Camporioccio VS:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of PomeziaRamblers:s goal. After 79 minutes Camporioccio VS's goalkeeper Attilio Lucentini managed, with a little bit of luck, save Armin Trivelli's penalty, on his right side after a tricky shot. Bernardo Bartolomucci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Attilio Lucentini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonello Melone in the 92nd minute. When Bernardo Bartolomucci came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Camporioccio VS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bernardo Bartolomucci couldn't finish the play. If Bernardo Bartolomucci had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Camporioccio VS walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
