Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Eduardo Machado got the match started through his kick off. Joost De Groot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robin Chaubet in the 5th minute of the match. After 8 played minutes Le Stade Briochin UC got a freekick which was hit by Ferdinand Brin. When Titouan Bock came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Cats and dogs fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Titouan Bock couldn't finish the play. When Le Stade Briochin UC's Eduardo Machado in the 13th minute got a chance for a shot 13th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cats and dogs's goalie prevented a goal. In the 15th minute Jean-Pascal Herrmann shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joost De Groot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Cats and dogs's Adam Lanfranchi in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Le Stade Briochin UC's goalie prevented a goal. Joost De Groot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jean-Pascal Herrmann, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Le Stade Briochin UC's Joost De Groot played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adam Lanfranchi in the 26th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goal looked a bit too open when Jean-Pascal Herrmann came free, but Joost De Groot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Maret charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hocine Maret the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Hocine Maret kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Adam Lanfranchi took the ball and in the 40 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joost De Groot. Joost De Groot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Jean-Pascal Herrmann struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Joost De Groot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cats and dogs. 43 minutes into the game, Adam Lanfranchi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Joost De Groot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Lanfranchi to strike the kick off in the second half. Baptiste Demestre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Franz Torres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radomil Cymbal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joost De Groot came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Cats and dogs's Jean-Pascal Herrmann. But to his dismay, Jean-Pascal Herrmann quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. In the 59th minute, Radomil Cymbal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jean-Pascal Herrmann in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joost De Groot saved Le Stade Briochin UC from getting behind. Le Stade Briochin UC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 64th minute, when Adam Lanfranchi scored to the left of an out of position Joost De Groot, making the score, 1-4. 69 minutes into the match, Le Stade Briochin UC's goalkeeper Joost De Groot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adam Lanfranchi. The supporters of Le Stade Briochin UC booed when Cats and dogs was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine Maret didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 71 played minutes Cats and dogs got a freekick which was hit by Hocine Maret. In the 72nd minute, Wilfried Pinson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Franz Torres made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radomil Cymbal in the 77th minute of play. Octave Revel hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Titouan Bock was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 89th match minute, Le Stade Briochin UC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Octave Revel to maneuver through the defense. Titouan Bock struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Joost De Groot didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cats and dogs. Cats and dogs played a much better game than Le Stade Briochin UC and deserved their victory. The Le Stade Briochin UC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
