Cornelio Mino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Rocio in the 3rd minute of play. Roberto Mateus scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nemesio Bernal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Águilas Poblanas getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Roberto Mateus hit a great ball. Elpidio Chayo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Nemesio Bernal made a huge save. Cornelio Mino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Timoteo Corderun, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Pakorro AFC's Nemesio Bernal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save Pakorro AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Timoteo Corderun made a precise shot to the right of Cornelio Mino. Águilas Poblanas's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a rather tough play, Águilas Poblanas's Elpidio Chayo got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute Jorge Rocio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Mino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Águilas Poblanas getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Roberto Mateus hit a great ball. Julian Galo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Jorge Rocio made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Rocio came free with the goalkeeper in the 51st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cornelio Mino could save by the left post. Timoteo Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Mateus during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 56th minute, Roberto Mateus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Eder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Pabla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Cornelio Mino made a huge save. If Roberto Mateus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Rocio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cornelio Mino read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Marcos Pabla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Cornelio Mino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Augusto Chorche hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Augusto Chorche took the ball and in the 85 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cornelio Mino. Cornelio Mino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Jorge Rocio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Pakorro AFC booed when Águilas Poblanas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonardo Estavan didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alfredo Barea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cornelio Mino. That made the score 1-4 in the 95 minute of play. The Águilas Poblanas supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Pakorro AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Pakorro AFC.
