Águilas Poblanas's Matias Eder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raul Gartzea in the 89th minute of play. Atilano Brun lost his temper 92 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Omar Honesto kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. When the match was over Real Ayuntamiento CF could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Águilas Poblanas throughout the match.
