If Ximun Arichaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Igor Sagastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Uquillas in the 15th minute of play. Xaime Marine's late challenge caught a DALO S.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Xaime Marine helped the player get up and apologised. Xaime Marine hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Venceslao Olea got a free kick in the 25th minute. After some careless play in the Atletico de la Rosa CF defense, Manolo Uquillas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Igor Sagastia. The Atletico de la Rosa CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Igor Sagastia should have stopped the shot. Teo Revillas struck a weak shot in the 34th minute. Ramos Pejuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Atletico de la Rosa CF. Igor Sagastia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manolo Uquillas in the 36th minute of play. The supporters of DALO S.C. booed when Atletico de la Rosa CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Venceslao Olea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Damian Diaz got a free kick in the 46th minute. Santiago Perucho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Atletico de la Rosa CF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. DALO S.C. were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Norberto Trespuentes to strike the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Atletico de la Rosa CF's Igor Sagastia got control of the ball when Xulian Pejuan tried to sneak it across the goal line. During the 53rd minute of the match Venceslao Olea completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Venceslao Olea a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. A collision led to Atletico de la Rosa CF getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Venceslao Olea hit a great ball. Igor Sagastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manolo Uquillas, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 60 minutes, Santiago Perucho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the DALO S.C. and the Atletico de la Rosa CF players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th minute Manolo Uquillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sagastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teo Revillas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramos Pejuan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. In the 70th minute Manolo Uquillas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Igor Sagastia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Sagastia came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by DALO S.C.'s Manolo Uquillas. But to his dismay, Manolo Uquillas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. A collision led to Atletico de la Rosa CF getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Xaime Marine hit a great ball. 86 minutes into the match, Atletico de la Rosa CF's goalkeeper Igor Sagastia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Manolo Uquillas. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Manolo Uquillas took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Igor Sagastia to make any attempt to save it. In the 95th match minute, Atletico de la Rosa CF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Revillas to maneuver through the defense. DALO S.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
