Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Reynaldo Håland took the kick off in the first half of the match. Reynaldo Håland recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Håland in the 13th minute of play. Reynaldo Håland's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 15thth minute, Long Yuan De skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarando Eguizabal in the 16th minute of play forced Azul Y Plomo's goalkeeper Alexander Dominguez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Dani Galiana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alexander Dominguez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Zarando Eguizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Reynaldo Håland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Long Yuan De made a huge save. In the 22nd minute, Azul Y Plomo's Zeng Ang ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Long Yuan De. Long Yuan De yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. If Zarando Eguizabal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Astillero del Guayas's goalkeeper Long Yuan De had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reynaldo Håland. When Reynaldo Håland, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 30 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Long Yuan De was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Alexander Dominguez came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by Astillero del Guayas's Javier Landeras. But to his dismay, Javier Landeras quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bone Sovera during the 39th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 39 played minutes Azul Y Plomo got a freekick which was hit by Bone Sovera. Pablo-Enrique Oneca charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pablo-Enrique Oneca the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 42nd minute of the game. One of Astillero del Guayas:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Azul Y Plomo:s goal. 2-1 came in the 45th minute when Zeng Ang all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Long Yuan De. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zarando Eguizabal made a kick off. The supporters of Astillero del Guayas booed when Azul Y Plomo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mete Gol didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Azul Y Plomo's Alexander Dominguez got control of the ball when Zarando Eguizabal tried to sneak it across the goal line. Zarando Eguizabal's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Alexander Dominguez firmly grabbed it by the left post. The supporters of Azul Y Plomo booed when Astillero del Guayas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Antonijoan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Astillero del Guayas's Long Yuan De played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Şofiq Macías in the 76th minute of play. Long Yuan De showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeng Ang, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. In the 86th minute Ladislao Esquipula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Long Yuan De saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 88th minute Azul Y Plomo were awarded a corner. Şofiq Macías went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Azul Y Plomo's corner Şofiq Macías fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Long Yuan De quite easily take care of the ball. The Azul Y Plomo support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
