The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Taltum FC's Paúl Bardeci proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Taltum FC from getting a goal against them. If Gonzalo Canton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute, Gonzalo Canton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Taltum FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. When the match had gone on for 23 minutes, Gonzalo Canton put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Enrique Quer. Ordóñez Cuesta hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Enrique Quer didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gonzalo Canton went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After 39 minutes of play, Taltum FC's Fabio Rallo made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Enrique Quer was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mellington Aniego struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Enrique Quer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taltum FC. Kléber Estela hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Mellington Aniego fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Quer having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Ayatolá Inmortals got a freekick which was hit by Kléber Estela. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

If Fabio Rallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Enrique Quer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gonzalo Canton in the 62nd minute. Paco Llul fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enrique Quer having to interfere. Fabio Rallo's late challenge caught a Ayatolá Inmortals's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabio Rallo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Fabio Rallo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gonzalo Canton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Taltum FC's Mellington Aniego got a good chance for a goal in the 71st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabio Rallo hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Canton got free with Enrique Quer in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Xinaro Cerdeira during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Taltum FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xinaro Cerdeira to maneuver through the defense. Checa Villarragut struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Chants of Taltum FC echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Ayatolá Inmortals had held the ball for most of the match.
