Félix Quezada kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, Francisco Lacunza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann. Abner Dohrmann was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Inter de Chillán's Juan Luis Alfaro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Torreoncito's goalie prevented a goal. Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Casas in the 10th minute of play. Abner Dohrmann showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Francisco Lacunza, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Abner Dohrmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Lacunza in the 14th minute of the match. Abner Dohrmann came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter de Chillán's Javier Casas. But to his dismay, Javier Casas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Francisco Lacunza's late challenge caught a Torreoncito's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Francisco Lacunza helped the player get up and apologised. 33 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Luis Alfaro came free, but Abner Dohrmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Buenaventura Durruti in the 37th minute of play. Abner Dohrmann showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Buenaventura Durruti in the 43rd minute of the match. 44 minutes into the game, Francisco Lacunza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Abner Dohrmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Inter de Chillán's Elodio Angellotti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 48th minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Chillán from getting a goal against them. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

With an all-out effort, Inter de Chillán's Abner Dohrmann threw himself towards the right post 54 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Javier Casas, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 55 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Luis Alfaro came free, but Abner Dohrmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Torreoncito's Félix Quezada got a free kick in the 55th minute. 57 minutes into the match, Francisco Lacunza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abner Dohrmann. Torreoncito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Lacunza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. In the 61st minute Javier Casas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abner Dohrmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Javier Casas in the 66th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan Luis Alfaro got free with Abner Dohrmann in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Lacunza in the 70th minute of play forced Torreoncito's goalkeeper Abner Dohrmann to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 74th minute, Juan Luis Alfaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Torreoncito's Abner Dohrmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Luis Alfaro in the 76th minute of play. In the 77th minute, Inter de Chillán's Buenaventura Durruti dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter de Chillán's Juan Luis Alfaro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abner Dohrmann. That made the score 0-9 after 80 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Francisco Lacunza got free with Abner Dohrmann in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The crowd rose to their feet as Inter de Chillán's Francisco Lacunza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abner Dohrmann. That made the score 0-10 after 86 minutes of play. 90 minutes into the match, Torreoncito's goal looked a bit too open when Javier Casas came free, but Abner Dohrmann reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Juan Luis Alfaro received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abner Dohrmann came out and tried to block the shot, but Juan Luis Alfaro slotted it home off the left post making it 0-11 in the 93rd minute. When the final whistle sounded Inter de Chillán left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Torreoncito.
