In the 23rd minute, Roland Marti sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and TurboUC's Alexandro Carvacho didn't even have to move. The supporters of ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ booed when TurboUC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Lantaño didn't get a good kick on the ball. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Nauzet Warnes quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Feliberto Irisarri, made in the 36th minute of the game. The supporters of ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽ booed when TurboUC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Armando Larrea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandro Carvacho came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Rosalio Cavada. But to his dismay, Rosalio Cavada quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Paulino Slight played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Armando Larrea in the 46th minute of play. TurboUC were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Salvador Lasa took the corner. TurboUC's Nazario Alcantara was substituted for Bernardino Larraín. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosalio Cavada was the one to do the kick off. After 60 played minutes TurboUC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Armando Larrea. Jacindo Abaroa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandro Carvacho having to interfere. Paulino Slight showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Pimentel in the 63rd minute of the match. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Paulino Slight played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnaldo Pimentel in the 64th minute of play. Paulino Slight showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Pimentel, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. After a rather tough play, ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s Alesandro Marfil got a free kick in the 65th minute. Fulgencio Lantaño took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Paulino Slight. ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Ferrando Mascayano's late challenge caught a TurboUC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ferrando Mascayano helped the player get up and apologised. Ferrando Mascayano hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Alexandro Carvacho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacindo Abaroa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Beauchef in the 82nd minute of play forced ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goalkeeper Paulino Slight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexandro Carvacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jacindo Abaroa in the 84th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Beauchef in the 89th minute of play forced ♞⚽ VIRAO Extreme ♞⚽'s goalkeeper Paulino Slight to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Jacindo Abaroa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandro Carvacho was relentless in the 95th minute of the game.
