Rai Pedros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raitin Salvia's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. 3 minutes into the game, Raitin Salvia lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Rai Pedros. Bayındır Otay showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Txerran Gotor, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Raitin Salvia did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Rai Pedros 12 minutes into the match. If Hulberto Arias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 20th match minute, Atletico Maturrango was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rey Puyol to maneuver through the defense. In the 20th minute of the match Edwardo Salvatierra sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bayındır Otay skillfully saved the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Txerran Gotor had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bayındır Otay. Atletico Maturrango's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Txerran Gotor was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Raitin Salvia put it in 3-1 from a short distance just to the right of Rai Pedros. When Hulberto Arias fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Atletico Maturrango's protests and gave Hulberto Arias a yellow card for diving instead. In the 32nd minute, Hulberto Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Res Non Verba's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ciriaco Valiño was slow to take the kick. During this time Atletico Maturrango's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raitin Salvia in the 37th minute of play forced Res Non Verba's goalkeeper Rai Pedros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 38th minute Txerran Gotor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bayındır Otay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 45 played minutes Atletico Maturrango got a freekick which was hit by Rey Puyol. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bayındır Otay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santana Centeñes in the 58th minute of the match. Bayındır Otay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Txerran Gotor in the 59th minute of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 60th minute of the game. One of Res Non Verba:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Atletico Maturrango:s goal. Rai Pedros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raitin Salvia, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Raitin Salvia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bayındır Otay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Txerran Gotor in the 70th minute of the match. Bayındır Otay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Txerran Gotor in the 73rd minute. Txerran Gotor recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atletico Maturrango's Bayındır Otay played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Mulas in the 79th minute of play. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Xzavaier Barsi hit a great ball. Anacleto Arijola took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bayındır Otay. Atletico Maturrango's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Atletico Maturrango's Bayındır Otay proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Atletico Maturrango from getting a goal against them. Bayındır Otay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jimeno Mulas in the 86th minute. A collision led to Atletico Maturrango getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Cristian Oksby hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Edwardo Salvatierra got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Many of Res Non Verba's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Res Non Verba may have spent more time on the ball, but Atletico Maturrango were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
