After a rather tough play, ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Béla Győrffy got a free kick in the 7th minute. After 8 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Dávid Kovács. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by András Hámori in the 10th minute of play. Dávid Kovács sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Norbert Veress charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Norbert Veress the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Béla Győrffy in the 29th minute of play forced SÉ SE's goalkeeper Gyula Grosics to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gyula Grosics made an important save on a dangerous shot by Márk Marton in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Márton Lendvay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gyula Grosics was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. In the 35th minute Dávid Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gyula Grosics saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gyula Grosics came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Tamás Koledich. But to his dismay, Tamás Koledich quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mátyás Török was the one to do the kick off. Tamás Koledich succeeded in the game's 53rd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-0. After 57 played minutes ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ got a freekick which was hit by Dávid Kovács. Gyula Grosics took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márk Marton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, SÉ SE's Pál Pulai got a free kick in the 64th minute. In the 68th minute, Kristóf Zarka got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Gyula Grosics showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dávid Kovács in the 72nd minute of the match. Gyula Grosics took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tamás Koledich, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristóf Zarka struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Gyula Grosics didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ's Bálint Bodnár proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ from getting a goal against them. The supporters of SÉ SE booed when ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tamás Koledich didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute Dávid Kovács shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gyula Grosics saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. SÉ SE's Gyula Grosics played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Márk Marton in the 89th minute of play. Albert Szél hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. ᴀꜱ ɴᴀɢʏᴍᴀʀᴏꜱ fully deserved thier win.
