Pénzügyőr SE's Marcell Borsos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zoltán Csonka in the 5th minute of play. Marcell Borsos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renátó Kurucz in the 6th minute of play. A collision led to Pénzügyőr SE getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Máté Almási hit a great ball. Marcell Borsos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nándor Zolnai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 7 minutes into the match, Nándor Zolnai notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Pénzügyőr SE's Marcell Borsos. Marcell Borsos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcell Borsos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dániel Tábori, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Pénzügyőr SE defense, Zoltán Csonka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcell Borsos. The Pénzügyőr SE fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcell Borsos should have stopped the shot. Marcell Borsos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zoltán Csonka, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute Zoltán Csonka shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcell Borsos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Péter Ferencz during the 20th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Péter Ferencz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. Marcell Borsos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Renátó Kurucz in the 21st minute of the match. Nándor Zolnai shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. In the 41st minute, Renátó Kurucz made a precise shot to the right of Marcell Borsos. Pénzügyőr SE's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. After 45 minutes, Pepe Payet mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pénzügyőr SE and the Green Zombies players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 45th match minute, Pénzügyőr SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pepe Payet to maneuver through the defense. After 46 played minutes Pénzügyőr SE got a freekick which was hit by Máté Almási. After having played for 47 minutes, Nándor Zolnai managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Green Zombies's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nándor Zolnai was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Péter Ferencz to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcell Borsos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sándor Vermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Marcell Borsos was a little too slow when Zoltán Csonka got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-4. Marcell Borsos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zoltán Csonka went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Green Zombies's Renátó Kurucz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcell Borsos. That made the score 0-6 after 62 minutes of play. Marcell Borsos was out of position in the 66 minute of play, and Barnabás Kutas capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Barnabás Kutas really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. 69 minutes into the match, Zoltán Csonka dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcell Borsos, 0-8. Pénzügyőr SE's defense didn't have a chance, in the 86th minute, when Renátó Kurucz scored to the left of an out of position Marcell Borsos, making the score, 0-10. With his leg Marcell Borsos managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Green Zombies's Ervin Fenyves fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. After 91 minutes of play Pénzügyőr SE's Pepe Payet was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Pepe Payet hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Green Zombies's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
