The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hugo Fisher made an important save on a dangerous shot by Matej Bajus in the 3rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Isac Dichiseanu during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Isac Dichiseanu hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. A collision led to Kukova United getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Vladislav Slaninka hit a great ball. Roland Záhoran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anıl Baran Uslu having to make a save. In the 9th minute Roland Záhoran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Anıl Baran Uslu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Avram Sârban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Anıl Baran Uslu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Anıl Baran Uslu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roland Záhoran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hugo Fisher showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gao Zhen Chao in the 18th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Pedro Manuel Pero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miroslav Cupka in the 40th minute of play forced Kukova United's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Uslu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gao Zhen Chao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 46th match minute, AFK Petržalka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Avram Sârban to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gao Zhen Chao to make the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Kukova United's zone, Avram Sârban stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anıl Baran Uslu came out of the goal and Avram Sârban tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 56 minutes of play, Kukova United's Matej Bajus made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Fisher was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to AFK Petržalka getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Roland Záhoran hit a great ball. In the 61stth minute of the game Roland Záhoran who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kukova United's Anıl Baran Uslu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When AFK Petržalka's Roland Záhoran in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kukova United's goalie prevented a goal. Matej Horvát hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Anıl Baran Uslu made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Roland Záhoran sent off a good shot on target. AFK Petržalka were awarded a corner in the 74th minute after Kukova United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Miroslav Cupka took the corner. After some careless play in the AFK Petržalka defense, Gao Zhen Chao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hugo Fisher. The AFK Petržalka fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hugo Fisher should have stopped the shot. Roland Záhoran's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Anıl Baran Uslu firmly grabbed it by the left post. 81 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kukova United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Miroslav Cupka was slow to take the kick. During this time AFK Petržalka's players had a chance to rest. The corner led AFK Petržalka's Miroslav Cupka to fire away a dangerous shot which Anıl Baran Uslu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roland Záhoran in the 88th minute of play forced Kukova United's goalkeeper Anıl Baran Uslu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 96th minute Gao Zhen Chao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Fisher saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the AFK Petržalka players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Kukova United.
