After a rather tough play, Nevşehirspor's Mustafa Necati Türkol got a free kick in the 10th minute. 15 minutes into the game, Metehan İdris threw the ball into play from the sideline. Nevşehirspor's Rıfat Hazlan quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The wind increased when Halis Alpman made the kick off in the second half. After 51 minutes, Abuzer Uca mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nevşehirspor and the Fidan SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 51st match minute, Nevşehirspor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abuzer Uca to maneuver through the defense. In the 52nd minute of the match Güney Ferhat sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Turan Cansever skillfully saved the ball. After 54 played minutes Nevşehirspor got a freekick which was hit by Abuzer Uca. Rıdvan Dilmen kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Halis Alpman's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Turan Cansever was relentless in the 57th minute of the game. Mustafa Necati Türkol was shown his second yellow card after 61 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Fidan SK booed when Nevşehirspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Necati Türkol didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 63 played minutes, Fidan SK's Işık Rusuhi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Turan Cansever came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fidan SK reached it. Turan Cansever didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Güney Ferhat went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-2 was the resulting score. After 73 minutes, Batur Şinas mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Fidan SK and the Nevşehirspor players grew even worse after the yellow card. Batur Şinas hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. After 74 played minutes, Nevşehirspor's Aytunç Behzat shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Melih Cevdet Peker came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Nevşehirspor reached it. The audience cheered when Aytunç Behzat's long shot passed Melih Cevdet Peker's right side. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
