Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alf Björk started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Skark came free, but Călin Ghioncu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 3rd minute, Patrik Skark made a precise shot to the right of Călin Ghioncu. Carpathians's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Blue Angels's Angel-Enrique Comizzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Blue Angels from getting a goal against them. Călin Ghioncu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Björk, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute, Ceferino Erroman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Blue Angels getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Ted Björk hit a great ball. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Karanewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Blue Angels's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Karanewski came free, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 17thth minute of the game Patrik Skark who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Carpathians's Ercan Sabahaddin got a free kick in the 18th minute. In the 19th minute Mădălin Lipan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Călin Ghioncu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Markus Berg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angel-Enrique Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 22nd minute of play. Blue Angels's defense didn't have a chance, in the 22nd minute, when Teobald Karanewski scored to the left of an out of position Angel-Enrique Comizzo, making the score, 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
The wind increased when Teobald Karanewski made the kick off in the second half. Angel-Enrique Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cazimir Feteanu in the 52nd minute of play. Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Carpathians from getting a goal against them. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobald Karanewski, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. If Cazimir Feteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Blue Angels were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Carpathians's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aleksandar Ivanov took the corner. The corner led Blue Angels's Aleksandar Ivanov to fire away a dangerous shot which Călin Ghioncu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Markus Berg got free with Călin Ghioncu in the 64th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Teobald Karanewski in the 67th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Angel-Enrique Comizzo saved Blue Angels from getting behind. 69 minutes into the match, Blue Angels's goal looked a bit too open when Teobald Karanewski came free, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carpathians made a substitution. Stelian Bălășescu replaced Troizen Giannakopoulos. A sloppy throw-in by Mădălin Lipan in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Blue Angels's Sebastian Hausner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Berg in the 75th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gheorghe Ciurea in the 78th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes Carpathians got a freekick which was hit by Mădălin Lipan. Blue Angels made a substitution. Carl Starfelt replaced Oscar Lindström. Blue Angels made a substitution. Marcus Berg replaced Patrik Skark. Angel-Enrique Comizzo came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathians's Ceferino Erroman. But to his dismay, Ceferino Erroman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Angel-Enrique Comizzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gheorghe Ciurea in the 87th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Gheorghe Ciurea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute Rodrigo Marinho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Blue Angels players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carpathians.
