Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Golo Duarte started the match with the kick off. Golo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 5th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 8th minute of the match, Máximo Laureano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Duarte Duarte saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Duarte Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Laureano, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Golo Duarte in the 11th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Correia saved Portugal from getting behind. 1-0 became the score in the 14th minute when Máximo Laureano elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Golo Duarte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Golo Duarte shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Máximo Correia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernst Giöck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Máximo Correia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Aquiles Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Duarte Duarte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Dias in the 27th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ulisses Duarte in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Máximo Correia saved Portugal from getting behind. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Laureano in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Ulisses Duarte ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Correia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulisses Duarte in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Máximo Correia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Yuri Vargas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Laureano came free, but Duarte Duarte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Duarte Duarte made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Laureano in the 56th minute of play. After 63 played minutes CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Duarte. Ernst Giöck could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Máximo Correia made a huge save. Máximo Correia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Podwojski, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's Filinto Ferro was substituted for Paulo Duarte. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Filinto Ferro in the 74th minute. Amadeu Bessa tried in the 74th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Máximo Correia a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 1-3. Yuri Vargas's late challenge caught a CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yuri Vargas helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land booed when Portugal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yuri Vargas didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 81st minute Yuri Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duarte Duarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Máximo Correia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Golo Duarte in the 82nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ernst Giöck got free with Máximo Correia in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Golo Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Duarte Duarte came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Portugal's Máximo Laureano. But to his dismay, Máximo Laureano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. CASTROMIL FC -Golden Land had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
