An unexpectedly hard shot by Remigiusz Brzakala in the 27th minute of play forced Heavenly Hooters's goalkeeper Bill Peterson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Inter Milano's Wasyl Pietras got control of the ball when Bukay Saka tried to sneak it across the goal line. The corner was taken by Saverio Ribeiro in the 41st minute. The corner ended in Saverio Ribeiro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Inter Milano's Wasyl Pietras did a great save. In the 44thth minute of the game Bukay Saka who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Inter Milano's Wasyl Pietras was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match clock showed 44 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Bukay Saka sped through Inter Milano's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Wasyl Pietras. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dudley Hadley during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Heavenly Hooters's Dudley Hadley got a free kick in the 46th minute.

If Arnout Hindriks had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute.
