Fellipe Vianna was slow to take the kick. During this time Preator Edikt's players had a chance to rest. Bernt Larsson was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 14 minutes into the match, Horia Tătaru notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Mytarka €ity's Guga Baiano. Guga Baiano came out of the goal and Fellipe Vianna tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Preator Edikt were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Horia Tătaru made a kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Horia Tătaru during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Guga Baiano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Horia Tătaru in the 57th minute. In the 58th match minute, Mytarka €ity was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Rizzardo to maneuver through the defense. Preator Edikt's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
