Aron Ciorăscus short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Ysmael Marfil to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 38th minute Aron Ciorăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aron Ciorăscu in the 40th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ysmael Marfil saved DINAMO from getting behind. Aron Iurașcu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Traian Stoiculescu in the 43rd minute of the match. Ysmael Marfil didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Aron Ciorăscu went, in the 46th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aron Ciorăscu was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Aron Ciorăscu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ysmael Marfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Steaua Bucuresti -MM- had won after a very even match.
