Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pan Jian Yong started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Lions United's Peng De Guang got a free kick in the 13th minute. Lions United's Steve De Wilde proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Lions United from getting a goal against them. Steve De Wilde stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anacleto Dessauer's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. In the 19th minute, Rito Encina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 20 minutes into the match, Lions United's goal looked a bit too open when Guille Aravena came free, but Steve De Wilde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Magallanes booed when Lions United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peng De Guang didn't get a good kick on the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Lions United's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Dessauer came free, but Steve De Wilde reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Anacleto Dessauer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Steve De Wilde was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. 35 minutes into the match, Pan Jian Yong had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ksawery Witkowski. Magallanes's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pan Jian Yong was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. If Peio Raggio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the match, Lions United's Pablo Solari sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ksawery Witkowski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Magallanes getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Alejandro Campbell hit a great ball. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Peio Raggio made a kick off. Guille Aravena received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Steve De Wilde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Solari got free with Ksawery Witkowski in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pablo Solari could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Ksawery Witkowski made a huge save. Steve De Wilde made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Dessauer in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Lions United's Pan Jian Yong slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ksawery Witkowski. That made the score 2-3 after 64 minutes of play. Magallanes's Kadim Sebil was substituted for Peio Raggio. Magallanes's Ida Bagus Leal was substituted for Elpidio Banda. Magallanes made a substitution. Juan Fernando Pirola replaced Alejandro Campbell. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kadim Sebil in the 72nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Steve De Wilde prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ksawery Witkowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Solari, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pan Jian Yong in the 79th minute of play forced Magallanes's goalkeeper Ksawery Witkowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes had been played when some careless play by Lions United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Seran Turres was slow to take the kick. During this time Magallanes's players had a chance to rest. A very nice done corner allowed Anacleto Dessauer to score against Steve De Wilde in Lions United's goal. 3-3 after 82 minutes. 94 minutes into the match, Kadim Sebil notched a goal, 4-3, to the right of Lions United's Steve De Wilde. Steve De Wilde was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Lions United's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
